Making a Complaint

Believe it or not, we are actually grateful when clients complain to us. We would much rather they complain than go elsewhere! Complaints can tell us where we are going wrong and help us to improve our service. Please email any complaints to the managing director at complaints@jb-it.uk. You should expect a response within 24 hours. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 7 days.

Escalating a Complaint

If after having contacted the managing director you still feel your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, then we would have no choice but to repectfully ask you to move your services to an alternative supplier. If your complaint is specifically in regard to a domain registration ending in .uk then you are also able to contact Nominet directly.
